The Christmas season is a time for gifts, parties, spending time with those we love and cherish, and lots of celebrations. But more importantly, it is a time to celebrate the real reason for the season—Jesus Christ. Let’s embrace this amazing gift of love God has given us during this season and throughout the new year. Let’s bring our cares and concerns to our “Wonderful Counselor,” remain confident and protected in the arms of our “Mighty God,” feel safe in the hands of our “Everlasting Father,” and receive peace from our “Prince of Peace.”
Dear Lord, thank You for giving us Your Son, Jesus. May we embrace this amazing gift of love to the fullest this season and all year long. Amen.
