GREATER THINGS

Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father. John 14:12, NIV

Jesus has entrusted His followers with the privilege of continuing His work through the power of the Holy Spirit. As a Christian educator, you have a unique opportunity to do that work today right where God has placed you…

Every day, you teach skills, communicate knowledge, solve problems, encourage growth, and help students prepare for their futures. Those things matter. But your influence can extend far beyond what is written in your lesson plans.

When you demonstrate patience with a struggling student, offer forgiveness when someone makes a mistake, respond with compassion to a difficult situation, or treat every student with dignity and kindness, you are reflecting the character of Christ. Even when you cannot openly share your faith, your actions can point others toward the One you serve.

Christian educators, you may never know the full impact of your actions today, but know that God can use your faithfulness in ways that reach far beyond what you can see.

Heavenly Father, thank You for the opportunity to represent You to my students and colleagues. Fill me with Your Holy Spirit and help me reflect the character of Christ in my words, actions, and interactions each day. Use my life to point others toward You. Amen.
