GENEROSITY IN THE CLASSROOM

Command them to do good, to be rich in good deeds, and to be generous and willing to share. 1 Timothy 6:18, NIV

Did you know that even in the smallest moments, you can invite Jesus’ generosity into your day? His grace, His kindness, and His love can show through in simple acts such as letting a student borrow a pencil again, listening with patience, acknowledging the effort put into assignments instead of perfection, or pausing to say, “How is your day?”

These are all ways you can be generous and plant seeds of generosity in your classroom. Even a tiny seed can grow into something mighty when Jesus is nurturing it in our hearts. So, keep going, keep sowing, keep modeling, and keep inviting Jesus into your day. He will fill you with His joy and grace as you share with those around you.

Dear Jesus, thank You for the joy that You’ve put into my heart. Even during the challenging moments, You are there to guide me and walk alongside me. Help me to show Your generosity and love to those around me with my words and actions. Thank You in advance for all You are doing in and through me. Amen.
