Christian Educators has helped me find myself again. For so long, I hid behind a wall of protection that eventually became a prison of isolation. But at the CE Leadership Development Summit, God tore down those walls and reminded me that He created me to be an encourager. Now, I’m learning to move forward boldly and trust Him in everything I do. I’m taking risks and allowing others to see the light of Jesus shining through me. I have stepped out to be trained as an AWAKE facilitator, I’ve served as a volunteer rep at my school, I’ve written CE Daily Devotionals, I’ve prayed and shared with colleagues, and now am planning an AWAKE experience in my city for February, 2026! -Tonie, Kentucky Middle School English teacher
