Book Club: Thursday, August 14th at 8:00 EST via Zoom.
As Christian educators serving in public schools, we are often called to be a quiet light in challenging places. This summer, our book club invites you to draw strength and inspiration from the powerful true story of Brother Andrew—a man who risked everything to bring God’s Word behind the Iron Curtain.
In God’s Smuggler, we witness the journey of an ordinary man used by God in extraordinary ways, reminding us that faith can thrive in even the most closed-off places. His bold obedience and trust will encourage you as you navigate your own calling in education with grace and conviction.
✨ Why this book matters for Christian educators:
- Offers a powerful model of living out faith with integrity and quiet courage
- Sparks reflection on being salt and light in secular settings
- Inspires perseverance in your vocation as both teacher and spiritual example
- Encourages fellowship with like-minded believers facing similar daily challenges

Teacher Camp:
Teachers interact with other people constantly, and as a result, can easily get distracted from connecting with God on a personal level. At Teacher Camp, we will come together as an encouraging community to learn the difference between solitude with God and introspection with yourself. During this time, you will learn the art and experience the joy of practicing solitude with God. By the end of our time together, you will have experienced true rest and connection with God while also enjoying the sweet connections with others who are also Christ’s ambassadors in their public schools. We encourage you to attend Teacher Camp and invite other educators in your communities!
