Prayer: Jesus, I thank You for eternal life and the freedom over the power of death that Your blood has purchased for me. Help me to say “no” when fear and sin knock at my door. In Your holy name. Amen

Don’t be enslaved either to fear or to sin. The power of the Lord Jesus Christ has set you free by destroying the power of death, as well as the power of the old, fallen, sin nature. Live with the joyful knowledge that you have eternal life. Live confidently with the knowledge that you have nothing to fear—-no harm can come to you outside of God’s will and plan. Live purely in the deliverance from the self-centered nature that has always conflicted and confounded humans. I pray this is a day of great peace and victory in all you undertake to do.
