In a recent survey, children stated that they wanted to talk to parents and teachers about important issues and decisions, but felt no one was listening to them. We’ve all felt that way before. Have you ever tried to talk to someone who finishes your sentences for you, or voices solutions to your problems before you ever state them? How can we be sure to hear what those around us are saying? How can we let them know that we want to hear what they have to say?
How can each of us carry out the attribute of hearing in our daily environment (classroom, hallways, meetings, cafeteria, office, etc.)?
