“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Jeremiah 29:11, NIV
Take a good look at all of your students. No matter what colors, sizes, shapes, conditions, attitudes, aptitudes, or behaviors you see, know this: God knows the plans He has for them, plans to bless and prosper them, and to give each one of them hope and a future.
And, God has handpicked and placed each student in your classroom. Therefore, you are a part of His divine plan for each child’s life!
Do you include God in your lesson planning? Do you ask Him how and what He wants you to teach? Today, I encourage you to pray and ask God for His guidance.
Lord, hold us and mold us. Shape and fashion us in the palms of Your hands each day. Help us feel and be moved by Your touch in Your classrooms and schools. Amen.
