The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make his face shine on you and be gracious to you; the Lord turn his face toward you and give you peace. Numbers 6:24-26, NIV

Today, I encourage you to accept this gracious promise from the Lord in chapter six of Numbers. I also encourage you to accept this challenge: Before you have any student or colleague contact, pray Numbers 6:24-26 over each of them. Commit it to memory so that you can bless them each and every school day.

Father, thank you for Your blessing, Your presence, and Your peace. Go with me today as I seek to bless my students and colleagues with this gracious blessing. Amen.
