Please check each box acknowledging your agreement to the Turpen Grant's terms and conditions. If my grant request is awarded, I will:

Send receipts for each item purchased totalling the amount granted

Send photos of your completed project/plan in action

Send a Statement of Impact (one or two paragraphs) written after your project/plan has been completed that Christian Educators may use in future promotional materials

Complete all documentation within 90 days unless an extension is requested and given prior approval by Christian Educators

Grants are awarded for specific projects and are not funds to be used at the educator’s discretion for alternate ideas without the written permission of Christian Educators as a result of extenuating circumstances.

Grant Proposal Letter:

Write a letter to Christian Educators describing your project/plan proposal and how you believe this project will let them see the light of Jesus at your school. (Feel free to include any personal information about your journey as a Christian educator as would be relevant.)

(Suggestion: write your letter in a separate file and copy/paste it here so you don't lose it should there be any problem with the form.)
