MORE THAN A TEACHER

Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think of anything as being from ourselves, but our sufficiency is from God. 2 Corinthians 3:5, NKJV

Because of the gifts and abilities God has deposited within us, we can interact with students, staff members, and parents with confidence, knowing that God Himself has equipped us.

Your work with students is valuable.

Worth a treasure beyond all cost.

Without your standard of excellence,

Like driftwood, they’d be tossed.

You are more than just a teacher—

You’re a counselor and a friend,

An encourager and role model

In a wonderful, marvelous blend.

Thanks for your splendid efforts.

Thanks for your special touch.

In a world where much is devalued,

You are valued very much.

Thank You, O Lord, for giving me this awesome work to do for You and Your Kingdom in the lives of my students. I pray that all of my students come to know Jesus as their Savior. Amen.
